Services
New Construction Inspection
This is done prior to the final walkthrough with your builder and closing. We will ensure your systems are operating safely and properly. We will also inspect proper insulation, grading and drainage.
Phase 2 Inspection
"Pre-drywall" inspection. This ispection is done when framing, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing are complete. This will give the client a report on the condition of the work prior to sheetrock covering is installed.
Pre Purchase Inspection
If you are purchasing a resale home (one that has been lived in), we perform the same inspection as a new construction would receive. This takes place during your option period and gives you an idea of the home that isn't seen during a showing or walkthrough.
